From 27th January 2025, our opening hours will be changing. We’ll be open Monday to Thursday from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Friday from 9:00am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday from 9:00am to 2:00pm.

Received a text?

There are a number of reasons we might need to contact you via SMS. If we do, you’ll see our message as from +447782621113. We will never contact you from a different number. If in doubt regarding the legitimacy of a text received from Plata, please call us or email us instead.

Received a suspicious phone call?

If you are ever contacted over the phone and are offered a loan for an upfront fee, please be aware, Plata does NOT charge any upfront fees. If you receive a phone call that you are unsure about, hang up and call us back.

Received a suspicious email?

Please be aware, we will never contact you from an email address other than @plata.com. If you are unsure, don't reply. Call us instead. You can find more tips on how to stay safe online on our fraud prevention page.
