Survey terms and conditions

These terms and conditions set out the terms applicable to the survey. You must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the UK in order to participate in this survey. It will be in our sole discretion to decide if the eligibility requirements have been met and we may require evidence of confirmation before awarding a gift card. By completing the survey you are deemed to accept the terms and conditions. We may change the terms and conditions at any time and you should check for any updates.

The survey invitation email and the access to the survey are intended for the addressee only. Eligible individual participants who successfully complete and submit their survey will be rewarded with one (1) Amazon gift card of a value of £5. Please allow 7 days for us to process the gift card for you.

Multiple submissions of the survey by the same participant will not result in multiple gift cards being issued. Plata reserves the right to replace any part of the stated prize for an alternative prize of equal or greater value. To receive the offer, please complete the survey using the email address you used when applying for a Plata loan; using a different email address may delay or invalidate your gift card claim. Plata reserves the right to suspend the issuing of gift cards in cases of suspected or confirmed abuse.

Plata cannot take responsibility for any technical, communication or other problem that might prevent the receipt of the entrant’s details and accepts no responsibility for entries which are not visible due to the entrant’s privacy setting or being incomplete. The survey may be suspended temporarily or without notice in the case of any problem with a network or line, system, server or software and we cannot guarantee the system will be free from errors or omissions.

The data you submit will consist of some personal data and be treated in accordance with our privacy notice, will not be shared with anyone other than our group companies and will only be used for the purpose of our internal review of the service we offer and how the customer journey can be improved. We make no representation or warranty in relation to the gift card provided and we accept no responsibility for any loss or expense which is suffered in connection with the survey prize.

The terms and conditions are governed by English law and any dispute will be heard in the English courts. These terms are the entire terms and conditions and supersede all prior communications with respect to this survey.
